He holds the B.Sc. from the University of Southern California, the Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, and the Ph.D. from North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus, SA). He has held faculty appointments at several tertiary institutions both in the U.S. and abroad (South African Theological Seminary, Greenwich School of Theology, Trinity Theological Seminary, Southwestern College, and Marylhurst University).
